FC Puma traveled to Pembroke, Ma to compete against the South Coast
Scorpions in their first 11 v 11 match. Emily Dalhstrom had a solid
pass from the corner to Hannah Guzzi, who drove the ball across the
front of the box right at Sarah Jackson's feet. Sarah placed the ball
just over the keeper's head to give Puma a 1-0 lead. Puma dominated the
entire game while battling with the wind. Puma ended the first half 1-0.
Quinn, the newbee goalkeeper on the Puma squad came up with 2
outstanding saves to keep the Puma girls determined to play with
intensity. With two minutes to go, the Scorpions toe-blasted a shot
right out of Quinn's reach. The Puma girls had played amazing.
Everyone on the team had an outstanding performance. They tied the game
1-1, but left with their heads held high.

Next week, Puma travels to Northampton, Ma to play Western United.
